4. Appointments and Access
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide safe and timely access to the worksite. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to rescheduling fees.
5. Payments
Payment terms are discussed before the commencement of work. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Warranty
All workmanship is covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third parties, or force majeure.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hoops Elec is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, cancellations, or technical failures beyond our control.
8. Cancellations
Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under local jurisdiction.
